| Step1：Click the menu function『Products』then click the product you want to inquiry.(As shown in the Picture-1.) |

| Step2：Fill your inquiry qauntity in the amount field under the product detail then click the button『Inquiry』to get into your『Inquiry cart』.(As shown in the Picture-2.) |

| Step3：In your『Inquiry cart』 you own three functions. Remove the products selected from『Inquiry cart』.(As shown in the Picture-3-3.) Back to previous page.(As shown in the Picture-3-5.). Start inquiry.(As shown in the Picture-3-3.) |

| Step4： Fill your contact information so that we can reply your inquiry as soon as possible. We suggest you to fill the E-Mail. If you do so, we can send you our quotation with E-Mail directly and fastly.(As shown in the Picture-4.) |

| Step5：When you click『Submit』button in Step4, system will deal with your inquiry information and show you a message.(As shown in the Picture-5.) It means ChengZuien has received your inquiry information successfully, ChengZuien will deal with it and reply you with E-Mail, FAX or TEL. |

Step6：ChengZuien will reply your inquiry information according to your contact information：
1. E-mail：If you fill E-mail field, ChengZuie will send the quotation to your E-Mail directly.
2. FAX：If you fill FAX No. field, ChengZuien will FAX the quotation to you.
3. Address：If you fill address field, ChengZuien will mail the quotation to the address.
4. TEL：If you fill TEL No. field, ChengZuien will tell you the quotation in the phone call.
